This meditation is simple, effortless and for people with busy lives & busy minds.
This is an ancient yoga meditation that helps us to transcend or “go beyond” our thoughts to experience a feeling of great inner-contentedness, fulfillment and deep rest sometimes referred to as bliss.
The practice consists of simply thinking a mantra easily, effortlessly with our eyes closed while thoughts rise and fall.
This meditation is so deep and restful that outside noise isn’t an issue. You can meditate anywhere as long as you’re seated comfortably. It is extremely practical and self-sufficient.
If you can think, you can meditate.

THE COURSE
*Due to Covid-19, most of the course is offered online.
Step 1. Intro Talk Show up for a brief talk where more insight and answers to any questions about learning meditation will be provided. The intro talk is about 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 2. Receive Your Mantra The first day of the course and the first day you’ll learn to meditate. You will receive your mantra and personal instruction on how to use it properly.
Step 3. Three Days of Follow Up We meditate together and cover the practical tips for daily meditation. We learn what happens when we meditate and how it helps us.
The three days of follow up is online.
Each day of the course is about 90 minutes.
All Together It’s 4 Days for about 60-90 Minutes Each Day.
After that, you will be a self-sufficient meditator with a lifetime of free support! There are no required books, lectures, diet, leaders to follow, ongoing classes, etc.
